פְּרָלִין (מצרפתית: Praline) הוא שקד מצופה בקרמל; משמעות המילה עברה מספר שינויים מאז המצאתה ב ובשפה העברית היא משמשת כיום ככינוי כולל לממתקי שוקולד ממולאים (ידועים בשפות אחרות גם כפרלינים בלגים: pralines belges).
