מטען חבלה או מטען נפץ (בשפה בלתי מקצועית: "פצצה") הוא מתקן הכולל חומר נפץ, נפץ-יזם ומערכת הפעלה אשר קיימת זיקה ביניהם - ומטרתו היא גרימת נזק על ידי פיצוץ. השימוש במטען מתבצע בדרך כלל על ידי הנחתו ליד המטרה והפעלתו ברגע המתאים. מטעני החבלה השונים נבדלים זה מזה בחומרי הנפץ בהם הם משתמשים, במנגנון ההפעלה שלהם, בצורתם החיצונית, בגודלם, בעוצמתם וכן בייעודם.

הערה: כל מטען מכיל פצצה, אך לא כל פצצה היא מטען.
