חִזרן - מעברית תלמודית  או במבוק (Bambusae) הוא שם כולל לתת-משפחה של צמחים ירוקי-עד רב-שנתיים במשפחת הדגניים. כמה מסוגי החזרן הם ענקיים, ומהווים את סוגי הדגנים הגדולים ביותר.
