נוריתאים (שם מדעי: Ranunculales) היא סדרת צמחים בעלי פרחים. על פי מערכת המיון APG II מ-2003 היא מונה עשר משפחות:
  • ערטניתיים (Berberidaceae)
  • צהרוניים (Menispermaceae)
  • פרגיים (Papaveraceae)
  • עשנניים (Fumariaceae)
  • נוריתיים (Ranunculaceae)
  • Circaeasteraceae
  • Kingdoniaceae
  • Eupteleaceae
  • Lardizabalaceae
  • Pteridophyllaceae

סדרה זו כוללת מגוון רחב של מינים, בעלי מאפיינים שונים. רוב המינים עשבוניים, עם מיעוט של שיחים ומטפסים, ואף עצים ספורים. חלק מהמינים רב-שנתיים ואחרים חד-שנתיים. משפחות הנוריתאים מונות מעל 3,000 מינים. מתוכם מספר סוגים המשמשים לחקלאות, כגון הפרג, וסוגים אחרים הנמכרים באופן מסחרי כפרחי נוי, כגון הכלנית. בארץ גדלים בר מינים במשפחות נוריתיים, פרגיים, ערטניתיים, עשנניים וצהרונים.

Ranunculales
Ranunculales is an order of flowering plants. Of necessity it contains the family Ranunculaceae, the buttercup family, because the name of the order is based on the name of a genus in that family. Ranunculales belongs to a paraphyletic group known as the basal eudicots. It is the most basal clade in this group; in other words, it is sister to the remaining eudicots. Widely known members include poppies, barberries, and buttercups.
