Rorà is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 km southwest of Turin.

Røra is a village and former municipality in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the present-day municipality of Inderøy in the part of the municipality east of the Børgin fjord. The former municipality existed from 1907 until 1962 and it bordered the municipality of Verdal to the south, Sparbu in Steinkjer municipality to the north, and Inderøy to the west.

RAR-related orphan receptor alpha (RORa), also known as NR1F1 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group F, member 1) is a nuclear receptor that in humans is encoded by the RORA gene. RORa participates in the transcriptional regulation of some genes involved in circadian rhythm.
