אֶשֶׁךְ הוא בלוטה המהווה חלק ממערכת הרבייה של הזכר ותפקידו לייצר את תאי הזרע ואת הורמוני המין הגבריים, בעיקר הטסטוסטרון. אשכים מייצרים תאי-זרע והורמונים באופן רציף מגיל הבגרות המינית ועד מות האורגניזם.
