פרדניזון (אנגלית: Prednisone) היא תרופה סינתטית, קורטיקוסטרואיד, הניטלת בדרך כלל במתן פומי או תוך שריר עורי. התרופה משמשת לטיפול במצבים רפואיים רבים. האפקט העיקרי של פרדניזון הוא תגובה פרמקולוגית אנטידלקתית רב מערכתית, על ידי אפקט גלוקוקורטיקואידי. פרדניזון הוא prodrug: בכבד הפרדניזון הופך לפרדניזולון שהוא הסטרואיד הפעיל.
