פאראפסיכולוגיה (מילולית: "מעבר לפסיכולוגיה" או "מחוץ לפסיכולוגיה") היא תחום פסבדו-מדעי, העוסק בתופעות כגון טלפתיה, חוש שישי, חיזוי העתיד, טלקינזיס ופסיכוקינזיס. מושגים אלו מתארים תופעות בהן נעשה לכאורה שימוש בכישורים נפשיים לשם השפעה על-טבעית על הסביבה הפיזית או על בני אדם. ולמרות שאין לרובן של תופעות אלו כל ביסוס מדעי רציני, הן זוכות לפופולריות בקרב ההמון.
