אוסטאופתיה היא טיפול ידני לבעיות שרירים, גידים ומפרקים. גישה זו שייכת לתחום הרפואי-משלים ובמסגרתה המטפל מנסה לאבחן את מקור הכאב ולטפל באיברים מסוימים תוך שימוש בידיו בלבד. השימוש הבלעדי בידיים מבדיל את התחום מפיזיותרפיה, וכירופרקטיקה המערבות, לעתים, טכניקות לא-ידניות בטיפול מחד, אך מקרב אותו לעיסוי הרפואי מאידך. העוסק במקצוע זה עיסוק של קבע מכונה אוסטאופת.
