סיעוד הוא עיסוק במתן עזרה למי שזקוק לכך. הסיעוד הפשוט יכול להיעשות על ידי כל אדם. סיעוד בהקשר הרפואי מתייחס למתן עזרה רפואית, היכול להיעשות על ידי הסגל הרפואי: אח, רופא, תזונאי, פסיכולוג ועוד.
