מיוזה (Meiosis; בעברית: חלוקת הפחתה) היא תהליך של חלוקת גרעין התא המתרחש בעיקר בתהליך ההבשלה של תאי רבייה. טרם התהליך מוכפל פעם אחת החומר התורשתי ובזמן התהליך התא מתחלק פעמיים, ולכן תוצאת המיוזה היא ארבעה תאים הפלואידים, תאים שתכולת החומר התורשתי בהם היא מחצית מכמות החומר בתא סומטי רגיל.
