הַשְׁרָאוּת (באנגלית: inductance) היא תכונה של מעגל חשמלי, המראה עד כמה הוא מתנגד לשינויים בזרם בו על פי חוק לנץ. סימנה של ההשראות הוא לרוב L, על שמו של היינריך לנץ. השראות נמדדת ביחידת המידה הנרי המסומנת ב-H, על שם ג'וזף הנרי.
