המפשעה היא קו החיבור של החלק הפנימי בירך עם הבטן התחתונה והאזורים הסמוכים לקו זה. המפשעה כוללת בין היתר את אברי המין החיצוניים. אף על פי שמילה זו נמצאת בשימוש רחב, היא לא מהווה הגדרה אנטומית פורמלית.
