ג'ינסנג (באנגלית Ginseng, שם מדעי: Panax) הוא סוג של צמח רב שנתי ממשפחת הקיסוסיים, בעל שורשים עבותים. הג'ינסנג גדל בעיקר בחלקה הצפוני של סין, בצפון קוריאה, בצפון אמריקה ובסיביר ונפוץ בעיקר בסביבה אקלימית קרה.
