פאתום או פאדום היא יחידת מידה לאורך השקולה לשישה רגל או ל-183 ס"מ. לרוב משתמשים בה למדידת עומקים במים. המסורת מספרת שמקורה של מידה זו היא במרחק בין זרועותיהם הפרושות לרווחה של ימאים.
