דיסטרבד (Disturbed) היא להקת הארד רוק/הבי מטאל אמריקאית משיקגו, אילינוי. חברי הלהקה הם הזמר דיוויד דריימן, הגיטריסט דן דונגאן, הבסיסט ג'ון מוייר והמתופף מייק וונגרן. חברים לשעבר בלהקה היו הזמר אריק אואלט והבסיסט סטיב "פאז" קמאק. הלהקה הוקמה בשם Braul בשנת 1994 ושמה שונה ב-1996 ל-Disturbed לאחר שדריימן הפך הזמר החדש של הלהקה. מאז הקמתה, הלהקה מכרה יותר מ-13 מיליוני אלבומים ברחבי העולם. הלהקה הוציאה שישה אלבומי אולפן, חמישה מהם הגיעו ברציפות למקום הראשון במצעד הבילבורד 200, ואלבום אוסף אחד.

במקור הלהקה להקת נו מטאל. חלק ממבקרי המוזיקה הגדירו את דיסטרבד כלהקת הארד רוק או הבי מטאל, ואחרים - ללהקת אלטרנטיב מטאל.
