(ש"ע) אפסיס (באסטרונומיה); אכסדרה בצורת קשת

אפסיד (באנגלית: apsis, ביוונית: ἁψίς) היא נקודה במסלולו של גרם שמים, בה הוא קרוב ביותר, או רחוק ביותר, מהעצם אותו הוא מקיף. קיומם של האפסידים נובע מאליפטיות מסלוליהם של גרמי השמים. במכניקה השמימית המודרנית, מוקד האפסידים הוא גם מרכז המשיכה, אשר מהווה בדרך כלל גם את מרכז המסה של המערכת. מבחינה היסטורית, במודל הגאוצנטרי מדדו את האפסיד ממרכז כדור הארץ.

הנקודה בה הגוף נמצא קרוב למוקד נקראת פריאפסיד והנקודה הרחוקה ממנו נקראת אפואפסיד. הקו הנמתח בין שתי הנקודות נקרא "קו האפסידים" והוא מהווה את הציר הראשי של אליפסת המסלול.
