כהלים (כּהלים; לעתים אלכוהולים, Alcohols) הם קבוצה של תרכובות אורגניות המכילות קבוצת הידרוקסיל. הקבוצה מונה אלפי תרכובות שונות, החל מהמתנול, הכוהל הפשוט ביותר, המכיל אטום פחמן בודד, ועד מולקולות ביולוגיות מורכבות יותר כמו הגלוקוז והמנתול.
