מונח הקשור לעולם התוכנה: ניהול הפיתוח והנדסת תוכנה. המונח המלא הוא Agile Methodologies שתרגומו הוא מתודולוגיות זריזות. בשם זה מכונות מתודולוגיות לפיתוח תוכנה אשר בשונה משיטות אחרות, כגון השיטה הקלאסית והשיטה האיטרטיבית, מתאפיינת ביכולות גבוהות של התאמות לשינויים, גמישות בזרימת המידע ותרבות ארגונית הממעיטה בהתעסקות פורמלית. דגש רב בשיטה זו הוא על עבודה בצוותים ובסבבי פיתוח קצרים (שבועיים). בכל סבב\צוות מוגדרות הדרישות שימומשו ואופן המימוש.
