אופסלהשוודית: ) היא עיר במרכז שוודיה, 70 קילומטר צפונית לסטוקהולם. היא העיר הרביעית בגודלה בשוודיה, וב-2005 עמד מספר תושביה על כ-130,000 תושבים בעיר גופה, ועוד כ-50,000 תושבים בפרבריה. אופסלה היא בירת מחוז אופסלה ומקום מושבו של הארכיבישוף של שוודיה מאז 1164. העיר ידועה במיוחד בזכות אוניברסיטת אופסלה שנוסדה בשנת 1477, האוניברסיטה הפעילה הוותיקה ביותר בסקנדינביה.
