קרן החירום הבינלאומית של האומות המאוחדות לילדים או בקיצור: יוניסף או יוניצ"ף (באנגלית: UNICEF ראשי תיבות של United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund) היא ארגון של האומות המאוחדות שנוסד ב-1946 ב-11 בדצמבר בהחלטת העצרת הכללית, ומטרתו עזרה לילדים ברחבי העולם ויצירת מודעות למצוקתם. ב-1953 קוצר שמו ל"קרן האו"ם לילדים", אך הוא עדיין מוכר בראשי התיבות יוניסף.

הארגון מתרכז בסיוע למדינות מתפתחות, שם קיימות בעיות חמורות של תת תזונה והעדר חינוך וזכה ב-1965 בפרס נובל לשלום. הוא מנוהל על ידי נציגים הנבחרים בידי ועדת האו"ם לעניינים חברתיים וקובע בעצמו את תחומי פעילותו. המימון מגיע ברובו מממשלות ומיעוטו ממבצעי גיוס תרומות מהציבור הרחב.
