איי שטלנד (באנגלית: Shetland Islands) הם קבוצת איים בצפונה של סקוטלנד, צפונית מזרחית לאורקני, ו-280 ק"מ מאיי פארו. איים אלה הם אחד מ-32 המועצות האזוריות של סקוטלנד. שטח האיים כ-1,466 קמ"ר והם מהווים הפרדה בין האוקיינוס האטלנטי שממערב לאיים והים הצפוני שממזרח לו. המרכז האדמיניסטרטיבי של האיים והגדול ביישובי האיים הוא לרוויק.

האי הגדול באיי שטלנד, המכונה "מיינלנד" - "היבשת" (באנגלית: Mainland), הוא האי השלישי בגודלו בסקוטלנד, ואף האי השלישי בגודלו מאיי בריטניה הגדולה.
