הרפובליקה של סיישל (באנגלית: Republic of Seychelles, בקריאולית: Repiblik Sesel, בצרפתית: République des Seychelles) היא מדינת איים ב, 1,600 קילומטר מזרחה מיבשת אפריקה, צפון מזרחית למדגסקר. מדינות איים סמוכות: מאוריציוס, וראוניון (שייך לצרפת) מדרום והמלדיביים מצפון מזרח. סיישל חברה באיחוד האפריקאי.
