Rodez (; ) is a town and commune in the South of the France, northeast of Toulouse. It is the prefecture of the department of Aveyron in the region of Midi-Pyrénées. Rodez is the seat of the , of the First Constituency of Aveyron as well as of the general Council of Aveyron.
