קצ'ואה או בשם אחר רונה סימי (Quechua או Runa Simi) הייתה השפה הרשמית של אימפרית האינקה. כיום היא מדוברת בניבים שונים על ידי כ-8 עד 10 מיליון אנשים. זו היא השפה האינדיאנית המדוברת ביותר בעולם, ובעיקר במדינות האנדים. קצ'ואה אף מדוברת בישראל על ידי מספר מצומצם של יהודים שעלו מפרו.
