Parelioi is a former municipality on the island of
Corfu,
Ionian Islands,
Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality
Corfu, of which it is a municipal unit. It is located on the central west coast of the island of
Corfu. It has a land area of and a population of 7,197 (2001 census). The seat of the municipality was the town of
Kokkini (pop. 733). Its largest towns are Sinarádes (pop. 1,124), Áfra (834), Giannádes (760), Kokkíni, Kompítsi (595), and Pélekas (565).
