Other stories are "Peredur, the Lady of the Fountain," "Geraint ab Erbin," in which the Romance, Arthurianism, and Norman influence are beginning to appear. In "Peredur" we see the cauldron, symbol of initiation with the Druids, in process of becoming the Holy Grail: Peredur and Perceval are Pair-(g)edur and Pair-cyfaill -- the "servant" and the "friend" of the cauldron.
