בצבאות רבים, לוּטֶנֶנְט (Lieutenant, נהגה בבריטניה ובקנדה: לֶפְטֶנֶנְט) היא דרגה של קצין זוטר. מקור המילה מצרפתית, שם משמעותה היא "מחזיק בעמדה". דרגה זו היא בדרך כלל הדרגה השנייה-מלמטה בסולם דרגות הקצין, מעל הדרגה הזוטרה ביותר, הנקראת במקרים רבים 'לוטטנט שני' או 'לוטננט משנה' ומתחת לדרגת הקפטן.
