למנוס

למנוס או לימנוס (ביוונית: Λήμνος, בטורקית: Limni) הוא אי יווני בצפון הים האגאי המשתרע בתחומיו של מחוז משנה לסבוס במחוז צפון הים האגאי. שטחו של האי הוא 477.58 קמ"ר וחלקו הגדול הררי, אך קיימים בו גם עמקים פוריים. האי מחולק לשני חלקים עיקריים על ידי מפרץ גדול בחלקו הדרומי שלחופו שוכן שדה התעופה של לימנוס. שתי העיירות העיקריות הן מירינה (ביוונית: Μύρινα, בטורקית Mirina) או קאסטרו (ביוונית: Κάστρο - "מצודה") השוכנת לחופו המערבי של האי, ומודרוס (ביוונית: Μούδρος, בטורקית: Mondros) הנמצאת לחופו המזרחי. בשנת 2001 התגוררו בלמנוס 18,104 איש.

Administratively the island forms a separate municipality within the Lemnos regional unit, which is part of the North Aegean region. The principal town of the island and seat of the municipality is Myrina. At , it is the 8th-largest island of Greece.
