Klebsiella pneumoniae (קלבסיאלה פנאומוניה) הוא מין של חיידקים גראם-שליליים, בעל צורת מתג, הפתוגן העיקרי מהסוג קלבסיאלה Klebsiella שבמשפחת ה-Enterobacteriaceae, חיידקים השוכנים דרך קבע במעיים של בעלי חיים. הסוג Klebsiella קרוי על שם הביולוג הגרמני אדווין קלבס (Edwin Klebs).
