K22JA-D, known on-air as
KAJA is a low-power
television station in
Corpus Christi, Texas, broadcasting locally on channel 22.1 as an affiliate of the Spanish-language
Telemundo network. It is co-owned with
KRIS-TV and
K22JA-D, both of which are owned by KRIS Communications, a DBA of KVOA Communications, which is a subsidiary of Evening Post Industries. K22JA also had two repeaters:
K38EB in
Kingsville due to arrival of KUQI 38 the repeater in Kingsville can now be seen on Channel 32 and
K49DV in
Beeville. It originally carried programming from the Telemundo Network. As of September 26, 2010, It carried programming from
Azteca América. However on September 30th it flipped back to Telemundo.
