איתקה (יוונית: Ιθάκη), הוא אי יווני בים היוֹני, סמוך לחוף יוון. שטח האי 117.8 קילומטרים רבועים ואוכלוסייתו 3,231 תושבים, נכון לשנת 2011. האי שוכן לחופו הצפון מזרחי של קפאלוניה, ומהווה, יחד עם מספר איים קטנים נוספים, רשות מקומית עצמאית במחוז האיים היוניים. ואת'י, בירת האי, היא בעלת נמל טבעי מהגדולים בעולם.

האי מוכר במיתולוגיה היוונית כמקום בו מַלָך אודיסאוס, גיבור האפוס האודיסיאה.
