רפובליקת גַינֵאָה (בצרפתית: République de Guinée) היא מדינה במערב אפריקה. המדינה גובלת בגינאה ביסאו בצפון מערב, סנגל בצפון, מאלי בצפון מזרח, חוף השנהב במזרח, ליבריה וסיירה לאון בדרום. המדינה מכונה לעתים גינאה קונקרי, על שם עיר בירתה, כדי להבחינה מגיניאה ביסאו וגיניאה המשוונית.
