Euphoria (; from Ancient Greek εὐφορία, from eu, "well", and pherō, "to bear") (semantically opposite of dysphoria) is medically recognized as a mental and emotional condition in which a person experiences intense feelings of well-being, elation, happiness, excitement and joy.
