דילי (פורטוגזית: Dili) היא בירת מזרח טימור, הנמצאת בחוף הצפוני של האי טימור. דילי היא הנמל העיקרי ומרכז הסחר של מזרח טימור, ובה גם נמל תעופה המשמש הן כנמל אזרחי והן כנמל צבאי. היא משמשת גם כעיר הבירה של מחוז דילי.
