It was founded in May 2010. The first production model for the joint venture is the Denza all-electric car with an all-electric range of up to . While its sole model was scheduled to be launched in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen in September 2014, in June of 2014 the launch date was pushed back to late 2014.
