Atrax is a genus of venomous spiders found in Australasia. Some species are termed Australian funnel-web spiders, being highly venomous members of the Hexathelidae family. The genus was defined by the Reverend Octavius Pickard-Cambridge in 1877. , the World Spider Catalog accepted the following species:
