Ögedei Khan, born
Ögedei (also
Ogodei,
Mongolian: ᠦᠭᠦᠳᠡᠢ,
Chinese: 窩闊台 7 November 1186 – 11 December 1241), was the third son of
Genghis Khan and second

China,
Iran, and
Central Asia.
