בֶּלֶם (בעגה: בְּרֵקְס מאנגלית: brakes) הוא מכשיר הנועד להאט או לעצור תנועה של מכונה כלשהי, ולמנוע ממנה לזוז. האנרגיה הקינטית המתבזבזת כתוצאה מכך מתורגמת לרוב לאנרגיית חום באמצעות חיכוך. בלמים מותקנים על רוב כלי הרכב בעלי גלגלים, לרבות מכוניות, אופניים, רכבות ואופנועים.
