ביסקוויט (מצרפתית: biscuit, על פי האקדמיה ללשון העברית: מַרקוֹעַ) הוא עוגייה פריכה, בעלת מתיקות מתונה, שטוחה, לרוב מלבנית או עגולה, לעתים מצופה למחצה או לגמרי בשוקולד. ביסקוויטים נאכלים פעמים רבות לצד קפה, תה ומשקאות חמים אחרים. יש הנוהגים לטבול את הביסקוויט במשקה החם לפני אכילתו, ואחרים מורחים על הביסקוויט חמאה, ריבה או שוקולד למריחה.

בישראל מגוון גדול של סוגי ביסקוויטים שונים מיצור תעשייתי, חלקם בסיסיים ואחרים בטעמי חמאה, קפה, קינמון ועוד. המונח "ביסקוויט" משמש כמעט תמיד לציון המוצר התעשייתי.
