PaintShop Pro
PaintShop Pro (
PSP) is a
raster and
vector graphics editor for
Microsoft Windows. It was originally published by
Jasc Software. In October 2004,
Corel purchased Jasc Software and the distribution rights to Paint Shop Pro. PSP functionality can be extended by
Photoshop-compatible plugins. The X-numbered editions have been sold in two versions: PaintShop Pro, which is the basic editing program, and PaintShop Pro Ultimate, which bundles in other standalone programs. The particular bundled programs have varied with each numbered version and have not been sold by Corel as separate products.
PlayStation Portable
The
PlayStation Portable (
PSP) is a
handheld game console developed by
Sony. Development of the console was announced during
E3 2003, and it was unveiled on , 2004, at a Sony press conference before E3 2004. The system was released in Japan on , 2004, in North America on , 2005, and in the
PAL region on , 2005. It primarily competed with the
Nintendo DS, as part of the
seventh generation of video games.

The function applied by a unit to its inputs, weights and thresholds to form the unit's input (or activation) level. The two major
PSP functions are linear (weighted sum minus threshold) and radial (scaled squared distance of weight vector from input vector).
