קורור הינה אחת מהמדינות של פלאו. מדינה זו מהווה המרכז התקשורתי והמסחרי של המדינה. המדינה כוללת מספר איים, שהעיקרי בהם הוא קורור, עליו נמצאת העיר קורור, בירת פלאו לשעבר, בה מתגוררים כ-11,200 תושבים (2004). במדינת קורור כ-14,000 תושבים (2004) המהווים כ-70% מאוכלוסיית פלאו.
